Scheduled Maintenance can prevent problems before they occur. Do not wait for a potentially dangerous malfunction. Lifts, elevators, slings, and other mobility equipment have to be regularly lubricated and calibrated. Even something as simple as a grab bar needs to be checked and tightened periodically.
